Raymond is great! I worked with him on plans for a basement remodel, main level remodel and addition. The project started out small
But kept growing. He was patient through my many changes and he respected my vision. His pricing is very reasonable. I offered to pay him more money bc the initial scope grew but he refused to take more money. He has a great attitude and work ethic and I’ll definitely be working with him on future projects.

We take pride in offering fair prices for our design services, and we make sure to keep our margins at a reasonable level. When you compare us with our competitors, you'll see that we prioritize affordability without sacrificing quality.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We're all about listening to our clients and really understanding their needs. Once we get the hang of what they want, we come up with a proposal and send it their way. If they like it, we'll pop over to their site and measure everything up so we can get started.
After that, we'll get to work on the first set of drawings and send them over within agreed time. We want to make sure our clients are totally happy with the designs, so we'll keep going back and forth until they're over the moon with the final result. We love working collaboratively and keeping our clients in the loop, so they always know what's going on.
