On time. On budget. Completed project (see itemization below). Quality work. All is functional to date. Project: Remove old toilet back bathroom. Remove old toilet seat (set aside for reuse on new toilet). Note: to prevent leaks, seal all water connections with white nylon plumber's tape. Install new toilet. Install bidet attachment. Install old toilet seat on new toilet. Test function of new toilet and bidet attachment. Verify that there are no water leaks. Clean up and haul away old toilet and refuse.

Danny did an outstanding job installing a vanity for us. Not only did he help get the vanity to our home, but he was able to cut and remove some trim and baseboards so it sit flush perfectly. He was super nice, worked very hard, and I would definitely hire him again for any jobs we need. I’m already looking at having him come replace our old shower and do some plaster work. He is highly skilled , doesn’t waste time, and will complete the job with an awesome result. Phots attached are old vanity and new one put in , looks amazing.
