One of the best subcontractor I worked with! In the past few months we have a major remodel on our place and I’ve met all sorts of subcontractors and Lilian is really one of the best and easiest I’ve worked with. Definitely my #1 go to tiler in the future. We had a bathroom worked halfway left behind by the other contractor that worked on it for 2 months. But Lilian finished more than 50% of it within 4 days! Because of that we also hired him to remodel our master bath and it was completed within a week! Lilian works fast and hard and delivers on time! He also delivers great quality and makes sure you are satisfied with the end product. We had a moment where we were not sold on a shrouder that was just installed. He ask us multiple times on the day of install to make sure we are okay with it or do we want to remove it. There’s just an endless number of good things I have to say about Lilian and his work!

Very responsive to my initial inquiry about a small shower tiling project. Was open to finalizing the exact work on site given it was hard to explain via messaging. Communicated anticipated arrival time and arrived on site on time. Details of the work were agreed and the work itself was completed during the same visit. Excellent work quality and great communication throughout. Highly recommended.

Over the past year Lilian has tiled 4 bathrooms, a kitchen backsplash, 2 heated floors - schluters’ ditra system and a fireplace for me. I started with just one small bathroom first and gave him the other projects one after the other. He is a very reliable person that will finish whatever he commits to. The quality of job has been consistently good. As for bathrooms - he got a plumber/ electrician himself for internal valves/ running lines for the floor heating. That way he was able to take care of the bathroom remodel end to end. As long as you can give clear details he is able to handle complicated tiling jobs. He did a trash disposal once after demo and then at the end of the project. For the second one- I had to tell him to get rid of the trash more frequently since it was piling up on front of the house. He is receptive to instructions like that. He is honest and the pricing is reasonable. He can talk/ text in English but since his English is not very strong he might come across as rude but he does not intend it that way. Thumbtack has been a hit or miss for me and Lilian has been a hit! I also tried another guy named ‘ Kibuk Tile and Stone’ through thumbtack for a bathroom remodel and he turned out to be a nightmare and scam.
