Detailed review:
1. Right from connecting on Thumbtack to visiting the home and providing a detailed estimate - Russel was the most responsive amongst many that bid for the project
2. The estimate was reasonable and provided enough transparency for us to decide faster
3. Russel maintained proactive communication with us and was upfront about when the project will start, anticipated end time . This helped us to plan our move in and other details ahead
4. The best part was keeping to the promised schedule and infact doing better than that. While researching we heard from multiple sources about schedule overruns which is very common, so we were apprehensive. But we were delighted with how the team delivered on time
5. The quality of materials are very good and we are very happy with our kitchen.
6. The only area that could have gone better is a) sharing exact additional costs for new work and b) keeping a running tab of exact costs that get added along the way . The final invoice did turn out a bit higher than what we anticipated- so suggest to keep better track here.
Overall we had a wonderful experience . Thank you !

While we didn't do the project at the end for personal reasons, I would definitely recommend talking to him on your project.
