I worked with IB General Construction to build my Subway Restaurant and I must say that I was really impressed with their work. Their knowledge and experience allowed them to understand in details my project and to deliver to the smallest details my project completed. They worked with my budget and went above and beyond to finish the project in short time and within the budget. They were organized, knowledgable and professional in every way.
I gladly recommend these guys to anyone who I believe will be impressed with their job just I was.

They are a family run business with a lot of experience. They tiled my master bath shower area, and I was very pleased with the results.
I do live in an older 1969 home and there was extra work that needed to be done beyond the quote, but they were very up front about the fact that we just didn't know until we opened everything up. All extra work was cleared with me beforehand and they didn't proceed until I ok'ed it, and it was all very necessary work especially since they wanted to do a quality job (including a leaking toilet valve and someone had previously used pressboard underneath vinyl and the wood was just crumbling before our eyes). The manager was very responsive to all calls/e-mails.
I would do business with them again!

They were very nice, hard working and honest. There were a few problems but it seemed they hadn't had much experience with laying sheet vinyl, so it took longer than it should. Considering this, they should have charged us less or deducted from the original bid. That was stressful. We could have had the job done in no more than two days and paid the same amount for experienced vinyl layers. That being said, everyone has to start somewhere and the floor looks good and we have no problems!
