Nolan and Tim were extremely efficient and effective at figuring out how to install my ceiling fan on a high ceiling! Beyond this, they figured out a strange electrical wiring situation in my house, so that they could effectively install a new fan/light dimmer in my wall. At first, they weren’t sure if it could be done, but they somehow figured it out. Quick turnaround for scheduling, showed up early, and got done sooner than I expected. Very communicating about project timeline and details. 10/10 would recommend!
Mike didn't come to our house on time, he actually came early, and called first!! I was impressed by what he knew about our Samsung Smart TV. He came in saw that our mount wasn't the right one for our 65" TV, and showed us why (wasn't wide enough), then took the time to go purchase one at his distributor that was 40$ cheaper than the one I bought at best buy. He put the TV above our fireplace perfectly and left space for our soundbar, which we also had him install. I was very happy that he could finish this job quickly on a Saturday long before we had scheduled guests arriving. He was super nice, took time to protect our carpets, and totally cleaned up when he was done! He was worth every dime of his price and then some. If you need a guy that you can recommend and feel good, it's him. He's a single father with custody of his son and daughter, (yes, I talked to him during the install, and it didn't bug him, lol) and he answered every question my husband and I asked, with out a hitch. My favorite thing about Mike was his knowledge of electronics, from wiring to how all of the components work together, and his ability to put things in layman's terms without making me feel like the novice I am with this equipment. Lastly he had a new harmony 650 remote in his car that he sold us and set up for us. Now we can push one button and everything turns on and goes to the right place. I showed all of the people at our dinner party that night and handed out at least 8 cards. I want to take the time to thank Mike for everything! I was searching for home electronics guys and found his credentials on thumbtack. Thank again!!!
Eric did the install of my new electrical panel and sound system, did a great job and reasonable too.
B and G did a lot of electrical work at our house. Panel upgrade, replaced all old wiring, corrected electrical fire hazards, kitchen lighting remodel, ceiling fan and chandelier install, etc .. They were courteous, punctual, friendly and 100% professional. I would recommend them to everyone!
Seatown installed new electrical panel and replaced two light switches. Work was all preformed professionally and as scheduled.
Tony has done an excellent job in the work I have had done. The first was merely to resolve a wiring issue in which a cable tech drilled through the wall and severed the neutral. The second job involved a power panel replacement due to the panel being listed as a potential hazard. During the course of the replacement Tony found that the neutral from the main line was loose and apparently had been since the construction of the house. This was found as a result of the neutral wires terminating on the bus exhibited excessive temperature discoloration and one neutral had almost melted to the bus. Tony, with the assistance of his wife, replaced the panel, validated the wiring, and repaired the wall as best as could be. Tony and his wife were a pleasure to have in the home---very cordial, courteous and considerate. Tony has worked around both my work and project schedule and has made it possible for me to stay on track with my home remodeling schedule. I recommend Tony (Angelne Electric) to anyone in need of anything electrical from minor to major work. I, personally, will retain Tony for any work that I or my family may need.
I wanted to install a new kitchen faucet as well as an instahot unit but there wasn't really enough room under the sink so he assessed the situation and did a bit of re-routing of the plumbing to make room - it's now nice and tidy and I have an instahot unit! He's also installed shelving and new shower heads and other some minor electrical upgrades (new fixtures, etc). He does a great job and is always friendly and pleasant
Kevin was great, we thought we needed additional wiring done for our cable in which he completely straightened out for us. Very professional and polite, we are hoping to have additional work for him or recommend him to others.
Needed to update the electrical panel. Mark provided a quick response outlining his pricing. He arrive on time, preformed the work in professional manner and the bill was consistent with his quote. He was on time, as promised and with no baloney.
We loved working with Theater Design Consultants. They were tremendously helpful and quick. We asked them to finish the physical install of the wiring for our two theater systems as well as setting up all of the corresponding components. When we discovered that we needed new cable boxes, they gladly came by a second time and finished the set up. They arrived when promised and were very polite. We would hire them agin in a heart beat!
We hired John and Kevin to take out our old kitchen right down to the subflooring and to put in a new kitchen including cabinets, countertops, ceramic tile floor, tile backsplash, range hood with duct work through ceiling and roof, all new appliances with all the associated plumbing and electrical. John and Kevin are a one-stop shop; they know how to do it all and do it to perfection. The only part of the kitchen that they did not do themselves was to install the quartz countertops. That made life simple for us. Moreover, we counted a lot on their experience and expertise in the design of our kitchen, especially the selection of materials. The result was a much better outcome than we would have had otherwise. What we most appreciated about John and Kevin is that they took the opportunity provided by the kitchen remodel to correct longstanding plumbing and electrical problems in the basement below the kitchen, upstairs above, and in the dining/living room. This saved us money (not having to hire someone else for that additional work) and eliminated the need to break into walls outside one kitchen wall. John and Kevin were very attuned to our desires and made suggestions along the way that allowed the project to proceed smoothly, swiftly and keeping costs down. Overall, great job!
Chris did an excellent job on a large project. He installed a sub-panel on my home's main electrical panel so I could have power to the barn. He ran the wires 135 ft to the barn's panel and completed the connection to a recently installed hot water heater there. Everything went smoothly and all lights and heaters work perfectly. Chris pushed hard to get the project completed on my timeline. We had to wait a while for the inspection, but he kept on top of it the whole time. Thanks, Chris! P.S. The horses thank you too!
We had a 3.36KW (12 panels) system installed in July, 2016. We chose the Washington made panels (ITEK) and inverter (Solectria) to maximize our incentives. The Sphere Solar Energy team was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. They gave us multiple options to choose from before we settled on the final system and layout. The installation only took a few days and I could not be happier with how it turned out. I was initially a little worried about the appearence of the panels but they look great and several people have also commented about how good they look. The alignment and mounting of the panels, wiring, and electrical connections are very neat and "clean" looking. The inspection passed without issue and I am now feeding the grid. I highly recommend solar and Sphere Solar Energy for your install.
Overall, it was a pleasure working with Element Element Electric, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a good job done at a fair price. We have a house built in the 1950s, and needed to upgrade our old unsafe electrical panel, have a few sockets changed out and a light installed in our living room. Travis and Nick did an excellent job, they were very professional, and were really nice guys. Thanks to them, we can now blow dry our hair, and run the toaster at the same time. Yay!
Ryan and his team were AMAZING to work with! My loft remodel had wires coming from all directions and was overwhelming to any other electrician that came to price out the job. (And even to my 79 year old Dad who used to be an electrician!) I needed to rewire and change my kitchen and loft space completely, various new lighting locations, plug ins moved around, bathroom fan rewired, new stove, oven and refrigerator rerouted, rewired and set up, centering and wiring a chandelier hanging 12 feet up on my ceiling, etc. They were on time, efficient, and did the job in 1/3 amount of time and price that the other two electricians who I received bids from said it should take and cost. It was a really easy and stress free experience. Everyone I worked with at West Seattle Electric (Ryan, Scott and Mark) were extremely knowledgeable, patient and straight forward communicating professionals, as we discussed the pros and cons on all the options for each situation. I will ONLY recommend West Seattle Electric and already have to everyone I know. Because of the outstanding and positive experience I had with West Seattle Electric, I am currently re-evaluating my experience with my current contractor and now hold any professional I work with on my loft remodel to the same professional and amazing level West Seattle Electric delivered. If you want straight forward, efficient, knowledgeable and get it done right, West Seattle Electric is the place to go!
Jason did a great job coming over to the house and changing out several outlets and modifying my electrical panel to include a GFCI circuit breaker. I was very pleased with his work in the extra effort he put into do some research for me at home. Jason provided prompt service and even modified his schedule to accommodate my needs after the power went out from the big storm!
Jamie and Mason showed up and performed a complete power panel replacement for me. Upgrading from an old Zinsco panel and a sub generator panel to a single 42 spot panel that allows me to manually load manage my generator when we lose power, as we often do in the winter. Their works was top notch and they were done faster than expected.
Dave and the crew were great! Did a panel replacement plus cleaned up a wiring mess in my basement way faster than I expected. Plus they were also a lot of fun to have around the house for a day and a half. Stefan is a serious perfectionist wiring up a panel too. The internal wiring was so nice I want to leave the cover open to show it off.
We have used All Spark Electric (Alex) three times at this point. The first job in October 2009 was a very small job, to re-wire a kitchen sink disposal. That work went well. The second job was 6/27/2011 to remove our old main household circuit breaker panel, install a new up to code panel, including two new circuits and new up to date grounding. The third job was 2/6/2012 to install an emergency generator circuit panel, with a power inlet box for the generator and a cord from the generator to the inlet box. All three jobs were completed on time, and within budget. Alex's work is very good, his manner is professional, and he does the work for the estimate. One job cost was higher than the estimate, but we added additional work to that job and new what the new cost would be. If you need a small electrical contractor, I would recommend All Spark Electric.
Custom Touch was hired to install the equipment to charge a new Electric Car (No less than a 2013 Tesla Model S). The electrical panel was full, and we were facing a big charge to enlarge the service. But John Gary and his team solved the problem with custom manual transfer stitch where we use the A/C circuit to charge the car, They also said we could use a standard range plug type 15-40 and we did not have to spend $150 for the fancy-dan electric car plug. They did a great job, and the electrical inspector even said when signing off the permit it was a smart way to get the EV charger working without a big service upgrade fee. A. Smith CGC, Inc.
Had Jeff over to help do some electrical upgrades in our home. We had him run wire from basement to bonus room on second floor because my husband made some changes to his sound system. Had Jeff install an overhead fan in master and replace a few outlets. We had him back to add additional lighting in our garage and added new fixtures in front and back entry of our home. He’s a pleasure to work with efficient friendly and timely! Jeff will be our 1st choice go to electrical/handyman for our needs in the future.
