What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is calculated by linear foot, and the price already includes the full kit (posts, rails, panels, hardware, and caps). Larger projects qualify for package discounts. A refundable $50 site-measurement fee applies and will be credited to the final balance. Seasonal discounts and tax-exempt options are also available. All our fences come with a lifetime warranty for peace of mind.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first provide a free preliminary estimate based on the customer’s information. If the estimate is accepted, we schedule an on-site measurement and then provide a detailed quote. Once approved, we sign a service contract with the customer, and within about one week we can dispatch our local installation crew to quickly complete the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team follows ASTM standards for Vinyl fencing and has years of installation experience in Washington State. We regularly update skills in safety and product technology to ensure durable, code-compliant results.
