- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Design work is usually charged at 75 an hr. with a full set of plans ranging around 20 hrs per set. Visits to get permits are usually charged per visit to the specific city, ranging at 120 to 150 per visit from 2/3 visits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk over the phone to see if we are the right fit for the customer, then schedule a meeting so we can measure and create as-built documents, Then we work on a design proposal according to the clients needs, we finalize the designs once the clients accepts the ideas we present and we create final documents for bidding, construction or permitting, according to what the client wants
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bs. in Architecture and a Masters in Real Estate Development from University of Southern California.
