My floor step was broken, and I found Alex. He was very kind and approachable. He even offered some DIY repair tips that I could try myself. When he came to do the repair, he was extremely meticulous, careful, and responsible in his work. He genuinely cares about solving problems for his customers. He is fantastic, I am very grateful, and I highly recommend him!
Thank you Allan, It was great working with you.

Alex did a great job removing a damaged cabinet in our laundry room and installing a new one. The replacement looks and functions identically to the original undamaged one!
We had a gallon of distilled water leak into one of the cabinets in our laundry room. By the time we noticed the leak, some of the shelves were already swollen, so we ended up deciding to replace the entire cabinet.

Alex and his assistant, Edgar did a fairly simple beadboard and trim install (15ft) in a small bathroom. We also requested an ikea cabinet (pre constructed) to be installed an in alcove and trimmed out to look built in. When they assessed the area, they said trim wasn’t needed and just pushed the cabinets into the alcove and secured them to the wall. They started to mud an adjacent wall to finish it off, but only applied one skim coat, so it was far from finished. For a very high daily price, they finished a small area of beadboard and trim, and set a pre constructed cabinet into an alcove. There was so much more to be done, and after getting paid for the first day, he promised to come back the following Monday (two days later) to continue the work. He never showed up, never made contact. Literally ghosted us. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.

Hi Libby, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
I’m sorry that your experience did not meet expectations, and I’d like to provide some additional context for clarity. Prior to the project, you canceled on us then rehired us. We made an effort to accommodate by adjusting our availability and completing the originally agreed-upon scope of work on a Saturday.
The work performed included the beadboard and trim installation, as well as setting and securing the pre-constructed cabinet in the alcove that could not accommodate standard scribe molding. During the visit, we also began addressing an adjacent wall as a courtesy, even though that portion of work had not been part of the initial scope discussed beforehand.
As the project progressed, additional items such as further drywall finishing and other trades were requested. These had not been outlined in advance, and we were not scheduled or prepared to complete that expanded scope within the same visit.
Regarding the return on Monday, we understand how that may have been expected; however, our schedule had already been committed to other clients, and we were unable to rearrange it on short notice.
We take pride in delivering quality work and maintaining clear communication about scope and scheduling. We always encourage discussing all desired work in advance so we can properly plan, staff, and deliver the best possible results.
We appreciate the opportunity to have worked with you and wish you the best with the remainder of your project.
