I had a VERY challenging flooring installation in a basement apartment and a number of other contractors flat-out refused the job. I was genuinely starting to be very concerned that I had gotten myself in over my head. However, Daniel assured me that the job was nothing he couldn’t handle, and reassured me that he could have it done quickly, and for a very reasonable price. He absolutely positively delivered. He was professional, on time, on budget, and did honestly truly spectacular work. He did all the prep work, trim and clean-up, and he did it on time and on budget. He and his crew was punctual, polite, clean and professional. His equipment was modern, clean, and well-maintained. He had every tool needed, and when he was finished, he left everything perfectly clean. I’ve never been happier with a contractor. I would use him again in a heartbeat and would gladly recommend him to anyone who asks me for a recommendation. A true professional.

I just recently had new hardwood floors installed and refinished. Since this is the first time for me to have new hardwood floors put in I had a lot of questions for Daniel. Daniel took the time to explain to me all the steps to the process and the various options I have for oil based finish and water based finish. He also made excellent recommendations on stain color choices. I had several projects going on at the same time including having my house repainted and new carpet put in. He was very accommodating to my renovation schedule. His crew not only worked super hard each day but also strived for the highest quality of work. Daniel’s team completed the work right on time and the floor looks amazing. The new floor and old floor looks seamless. I will definitely hire his team again for future projects.

We had flooded bathroom, living room and a hall. Our wooden floors were in bad shape but Daniel's team assured us that it all can be restored to make it look like a new floors. Daniels team worked long hours with professional attitude, clean working environment and punctual. Our floors truly look like brand new. We are very happy with the results. I didn't go with ProCapital as I wanted to refinish the flooring soon. But definitely will recommend them based on their professionalism and responsiveness. Good reviews and one of the low priced quotations received.

We had this job in Seattle on a turn of the century home. In this home a large maple tree hit the Sun Room in which we also got Water Damage that damaged the Old Growth Fir Floors. I called another company to come out but we did not feel comfortable about them at all. From the way they would do the job, the time it would take them to do the job and just the over all vibe I got from them and I asked them to leave. This home being over 100 years old, it had to be done a certain way and I have very high standards when it comes to my clients and their repairs. We then found "PRO CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION" through of course "THE BEST ONLINE REFERRAL SERVICE EVER" Thumbtack,com. Thumbtack.com referred Daniel Bulmaga owner of Pro Capital Construction. Daniel and his brother Serghei came out to our job and we discussed how he was going to proceed and repair and refinish the floors. Being this floor, like a lot of old hardwood floors in these types of very old homes they painted the floors and not refinished them after they were damaged in the past. But knowing it was old growth straight fir floors, we opted to refinish. Daniel and his brother Serghei came in and started the job by sanding off all the multi layers of paint that was on the floor which there was a lot of coats over the years to expose the Beautiful Old Growth Straight Fir Flooring. They finally got it down to the Raw Wood. Daniel and Serghei then showed me their Magic. They took a Large Water Damaged Floor Covered With Multi Layers Of Paint and turned it into and we been doing this type of business for many years to see this. But they turned this old paint covered floor into "One Of The Best Finished Floors" we ever had done on any of our jobs in many years. And we been doing this for over 28 years. Daniel and Serghei are in my book, "The Best" I will say professionally and we will "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" Daniel and Serghei at Pro Capital Construction for any and all your flooring needs. Like I said these floors were covered in years and years of stubborn old paint. But, Pro Capital Construction took care of our problem more then I can say. In Quality the best I seen in many years. Their Timeline, Awesome right on key. If there was any issues Daniel said he would always return calls to his clients and take care of it; The Finish Product? "Top Notch".
