Alona at Fresh Lemon Cleaning was fantastic to work with from the very beginning. Before the job, I sent her photos of our apartment so she could accurately assess the scope of the move-out deep clean. She was thoughtful and transparent, and recommended bringing in Anastasia to make sure the work could be completed thoroughly and efficiently. I really appreciated her honesty and planningit gave me confidence that the job would be done right rather than rushed.During the cleaning, Alona was professional, hardworking, and respectful of our home. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless, with sparkling fixtures, bright white grout, and impressive attention to detail throughout the cabinets, closets, walls, baseboards, and floors. The biggest compliment I can give is that I dont feel like I need to go back and do any spot cleaning. I would absolutely hire Alona again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented cleaner.

Alona was fantastic! She was incredibly thorough and made sure the apartment was clean after we moved out. The most messy areas like the bathroom and kitchen were especially made to shine. She and her sister worked fast and efficiently and were great to work with. Thank you for all your help!

I booked a move-out clean with short notice and Alona was very flexible about scheduling! My apartment needed a heavy clean, especially because I have a large dog in a small space. Alona updated me on her progress whenever I asked and left my place spotless! 100% recommend.
