I cannot recommend Fresh Lemon Cleaning enough. My home was in very poor condition, and I had completely underestimated how long the cleaning would take. What I expected to be a 4 to 8 hour job turned into 11 hours, and she handled it with nothing but professionalism, patience, and kindness.What truly stood out to me was who she is as a person. She never complained once, even though the job was extremely demanding for one person. She stayed humble, respectful, and fully committed the entire time. She paid close attention to detail and did not cut corners, which meant so much to me.In a situation where many people might have been judgmental or rushed through the work, she was the complete opposite. She was kind, understanding, and took everything seriously. She truly felt like an angel during a time I really needed help, and I will never forget that.Even when I encouraged her to take breaks, she stayed dedicated and focused, which really shows her work ethic and integrity. My home honestly feels completely transformed, and I finally feel at peace in my space again.I felt completely comfortable having her in my home, and she treated everything with care and respect. Great cleaning service! Alona was professional and very thorough. My home looked spotless at the end and she paid attention to details that are often missed. Im happy with the results although it did take longer than I expected. I would definitely recommend booking directly with them and not through Task Rabbit to avoid paying additional Trust and Support fees
