1. Initial Consultation: We start with a phone consultation to understand your needs, including the size of the move, any special requirements, and your desired schedule.
2. Estimate, Deposit, and Scheduling: Based on the information provided, we give you an estimate and help you schedule a convenient date for the service. We also collect a $50 deposit to secure your spot.
3. Confirmation and Preparation: A few days before the scheduled date, we confirm the details with you and provide tips for preparing for the move or service.
4. Service Day: On the day of the service, our team arrives on time, reviews the items or tasks, and gets to work. We handle everything as planned, keeping you informed along the way.
5. Follow-Up: After the job is complete, we check in to ensure you’re satisfied and answer any final questions.
