I started to attend SuperFit recently.... very unusual and effective form of training - 3 coaches for the group of 8-12 people. Rooms are rather small but very reasonably arranged - training is based on the type of rotation. Coaches are very attentive and positive. Prices are very reasonable. I am happy I made this choice - to start with Super Fit!
Working with Angela has been an enlightening experience, one that has allowed me to clarify my goals and learn how to work effectively toward them. Working with Hannah has been a life changing experience. She is a professional that can accommodate all levels of fitness from the elderly to the adolescent. In my case , I am middle aged and was out of shape with limited range of motion and little muscle mass. I have a degree in Sport Management and Finance, but I was having difficulty finding a job in the sport industry.I hired Carly to assist me in writing resumes, cover letter, thank you letters, exclusive job leads she has access to, and more. While working with Carly I GOT A JOB IN MY FIELD AT THE NEW YMCA! :) Carly is very flexible schedule wise. For example, one of the jobs we were working on closed before we could get everything in. She extended the deadline so that we could work on another position that we found. Another example is that she extended the deadline for working with me by a week because I was on vacation during the time that we were working together. I liked that she stays in constant communication with you throughout the entire process, asking how interviews went, how the job search is going etc. She gives advice on what to do during an interview and after. She is more than just a resume writer, she is a career motivational coach.
