If you are tired of over priced designers trying to charge over 300.00 for a simple consultation, you are eager to do your project yourself and just need a starting platform, then you and I are the perfect match. I offer a fully detailed 'map' and checklist of how to get your project done in no time at all. This package will answer all of your questions, includes a detailed budget, a color scheme, furniture/accessory ideas along with resources, a CONCEPT along with a 'to scale' floor plan, and most importantly a list of contractors! This package I will provide to you for only 350.00 and I will be available free of charge by phone and email should you need additional guidance or have any questions! Do let me know if you would like to meet and hear more about your custom design package. If you would like me to manage the project, negotiate with contractors or more, I charge a flat hourly rate of 100.00 per hour. We also offer full service Interior Design services. Our greatest skill is working within any budget and making our client's dreams come true. We are happy to work with you individually to choose your ideal floor plan, color scheme, furniture selection, lighting and more. We also have a great team of highly skilled contractors with competitive pricing to assist with Drafting, Woodworking, Tile, Drywall and other specialized fields like Welding and Masonry. We can help you create your dream space. The greatest Designer is not only an uninhibited artist but the greatest listener as well. A free one hour consultation will give you a solid action plan of where to start and what the finished result will do for you.
