There are personal trainers, and then there is Dave Engle. Dave stands alone because of his extensive experience and outstanding qualifications. Whether you are training for an Olympic event or are a 92-year-old woman – as I am – Dave’s help is invaluable. In my case, I was afraid I had reached the point where I was finally going to need a walker. But under Dave’s careful guidance I am now able to climb a flight of stairs without difficulty.
