There are personal trainers, and then there is Dave Engle. Dave stands alone because of his extensive experience and outstanding qualifications. Whether you are training for an Olympic event or are a 92-year-old woman – as I am – Dave’s help is invaluable. In my case, I was afraid I had reached the point where I was finally going to need a walker. But under Dave’s careful guidance I am now able to climb a flight of stairs without difficulty. I give Dave credit for improving my quality of life greatly. Don’t believe that you have to give in to the infirmities of old age. Let Dave help you!

Dave is amazing and has an incredible depth of knowledge about the body, its systems and fitness plus how it all goes together. This allows him to truly understand where each client is at and work with them at that level. Sometimes that meant he was pushing me forward and sometimes holding me back from doing too much.
