When I started with Keenan is was using 90 units of insulin a day. In the first month I quit using any insulin and my sugars were 95. It has been almost three months and no insulin use I have lost 25 pounds gained muscle mass and feel better than I have in years. I will be 53 in October and am getting into the shape I was in my 20’s. This has been an awesome journey so far. Excited for the future

Literally not a better trainer out there to get you to your goals. He did in-depth training on not just what I had to do but why I was doing it and what it did for me. He took time to make sure I was on track and helped me every chance he got. Especially sense we are multiple states apart, he did an amazing job utilizing his resources to train someone 100s of miles away. I will continue to use time throughout my life to reach my future goals

Keenan was awesome to work with, in transforming my mind and body but also as a firefighter. He took things from a higher level and broke them down for you to understand as a beginner in a new life style. Keenan is truly out there to make people find who they really are and who they really want to be. He is a super chill down to earth guy. Be prepared to work your ass off.
