I’m beyond impressed with the cleaning service we received! The team did an amazing job — they deep-cleaned our entire house, removed stains from the carpets, and even brought our couch back to life. Everything looks spotless and fresh! What I especially loved is that they used hypoallergenic products, which was a big relief for our family — everything smells clean without any strong chemical odors. The cleaner that came was young and seemed inexperienced. I purchased a whole house deep clean (required for first visit), but she did it in less time than my past cleaners doing just the kitchen and bathrooms. She said it was simply because she was efficient, but I had to point out several areas that were not cleaned that previous cleaners addressed. I gave them a second chance and they said they would send another cleaner, but they sent the same one as before, forcing me to cancel. Bottom line is they do not do a thorough job.
