I’m beyond impressed with the cleaning service we received! The team did an amazing job — they deep-cleaned our entire house, removed stains from the carpets, and even brought our couch back to life. Overall a good experience. Cleaner arrived on time and the owner is very responsive. The overall cleaning was solid, though we noticed a few small areas were missed and she was able to take care of it quickly.

The cleaner that came was young and seemed inexperienced. I purchased a whole house deep clean (required for first visit), but she did it in less time than my past cleaners doing just the kitchen and bathrooms. She said it was simply because she was efficient, but I had to point out several areas that were not cleaned that previous cleaners addressed. I gave them a second chance and they said they would send another cleaner, but they sent the same one as before, forcing me to cancel. Bottom line is they do not do a thorough job.
