Introduction: As a former corporate recruiter, I know what hiring managers are looking for, and it's not always what you'd expect. After reviewing tens of thousands of resumes and interviewing thousands of candidates, I know what hiring managers love and what makes them roll their eyes. I leverage this insight to help my clients be the ones who are chosen for the positions to which they apply. Another important differentiator is that I do all of the resume work and coaching myself. There are no junior resume writers or resume compilation software in use. With interview coaching, I most enjoy seeing the confidence level of my clients increase. By decoding the "real" questions behind the questions, I help my clients to be prepared for anything an interviewer might send their way. The thing I enjoy most about resume writing is creating accomplishments-based and keyword optimized resumes that help clients secure interviews.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Do an Internet search of the provider. They should be visible in their community, be in good standing with the Better Business Bureau and have lots of recommendations from a trustworthy source - like LinkedIn, for example. Also, their rates should be transparent - no hidden charges. Mine are all posted on my website - Contact tab.
