We explained the job and asked to make sure the drywall looked good and that the vent was seated well so it would run quietly. They provided a very reasonable estimate up front with a small range for overage. They did the job including electrical and drywall work for the original estimate without any issues. The drywall work looks great and the vent runs very smoothly. This was a straightforward job that just needed to be done right, so I am glad I went to them. I'll probably go back to Comfortable Construction for more work and bigger projects."See more

This is first time hiring contractor on Thumbtack, initially I was hesitant to pick the contractor from app but gave a shot. The professional contacted me with in 30 min after I submit my request. Visited my house and gave the suggestions what type of cameras to install, where to buy and shared the links or Amazon and Costco. Khalil the contractor went above and beyond of not only installing the cameras but also spent hours in explaining the best positions which location to mount around the house, configured the NVR hooked up to monitor and setup 24x7 Monitoring system. Khalil also did a favor of installing Ring Security inside the house for a reasonable price. He is awesome understands the customers intent, very professional in answering all the questions and concerns and spend extra hours to complete the job and exceed the expectations.
