FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work according to the client's needs, according to the hours I can also offer a rate or discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The new client tell me if it is the first time that they have taken Spanish classes or had already taken classes, in order to start making a study plan that satisfies their learning expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I was studying at the university, I volunteered with a group of exchange students from the United States and Canada, I taught them Spanish for a year and I still do it. I am still in contact with some of them who have already returned to their country and I continue to support them with speaking through zoom. Currently I am teaching Spanish to some people who are interested in traveling to Latin America and want to have fluent conversations with natives.
