My “Creativity comes from the joy of serving you.” I help couples/celebrants create the uniqueness in their weddings/events that connects the guests, the atmosphere and their own personal vision or story together. Since 2013, I’ve enjoyed working with decor and florals. Then, I gained experience as coordinator/planner for another company until I opened my own business. I can definitely say that I’m thrilled to see people’s dreams and visions coming through fruition through memorable events in their lives.

Working with Jannice was amazing. She really saved the day and catered to my every need. She responded to my specialized request for a bouquet, two garlands, a hair piece, and a flower crown, and then incorporated feedback after sharing a mock up. The end result was perception. *update* Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. I understand this experience may have felt challenging from your side as well. I do want to clarify that the title change from “micro-wedding coordinator” to “helper” was not intended to reduce your scope or responsibilities, but rather to simplify language for our vendors — our expectations and checklist remained consistent with what we agreed upon. Regardless of title, several key deliverables outlined in your contract — including seating execution, vendor follow-up, and activity facilitation — were not completed as expected. The multiple revisions to the seating chart were all provided well before setup (1 wk before the event), and I personally verified them again the night before. Saying it was a last minute change was clearly misleading. I also sent a clarification email at least 6 hours before you started working on the day. Both the restaurant owner and florists messaged me about observing you handling the seating wrong. They had the same access to the shared doc like you did. Could you explain why others could handle the updates which you couldn’t? I appreciate that you stayed through to the end and handled parts of setup despite venue delays, but I stand by the feedback in my review — the gaps in execution and communication created real stress on a day that should have felt seamless. I do hope this helps you identify where clearer accountability and proactive coordination could make a difference for future clients. We appreciated the effort our planner put in, but several key parts of the coordination didn’t go as expected. The seating plan was executed incorrectly, and some of the fun activities we had discussed weren’t properly facilitated - thankfully, friends stepped in to help keep things on track. Some agreed-upon tasks, like rental coordination and vendor follow-ups, also needed extra prompting. When things went off track, we had to double-check and ultimately handle the details ourselves. At one point, I was making seating adjustments in my wedding dress while guests were already arriving and waiting at the door. Our night still turned out beautiful thanks to the extra effort from friends and family, but I do wish the execution and communication had been more reliable. Hopefully this feedback helps improve future client experiences - at the end of the day, important parts weren’t carried through - there’s room to grow beyond just being nice, which is to provide a truly stress-free planning experience for future clients.

Jannice is gifted! She literally made my vision a reality. And where I had no vision she helped me create one. Our wedding was far more beautiful than I could even imagine. In addition to flowers, beautifully decorated tables, an outside seating arrangement that was beautifully unique with flowers down the aisle, Jannice brought her gift of prophetic dance to our wedding. Jannice did such an awesome job with the Tea Party! Her attention to detail is exceptional. She was very efficient and professional. Jannice also did the floral bouquets and they were beautiful and exactly what I asked for. What I appreciate most about Jannice is her passion for her work.
