FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly in the midst of continuing education. Both fitness and public health are my passion, so I put them together and went for degrees in both exercise science and community health education. I will go on to get my Masters in Public Health and continue to work to bridge that gap between true health and redefining perceptions of fitness and realistic outcomes. Beyond academia, I stay on top of workshops and deepening knowledge of the basic principles of primal movement patterns and the evolution of movement. This led me to become a student of Gray Cook and the functional movement system. The avenues are endless, but to sum it up, I am devoted to my craft and will forever seek knowledge to remain informed and innovative.
