Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I encourage my clients to attend the entire inspection. This way they get to spend 2-4 hours at the house, participate in the inspection, see first hand the condition of the home and ask questions about the conditions and the home itself. This way they can be provided with as much information they need to make a decision about the purchase.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Washington State licensing requires 24 hours of continuing education every 2 years. However, ASHI membership requires 20 hours of continuing education every year and typically I log between 20-30 hours yearly.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When hiring a home inspector be sure they are licensed to perform the inspection and that they belong to a Professional Organization. John Wagner at House to Home Inspections is licensed by Washington State and is an ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI). the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) is the only Home Inspector organization accredited as a certifying body.
