• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Pricing Policy – Deep Cleaning & Move-Out/In Cleaning Our standard rate for deep cleaning and move-out/in cleaning is $55-60 per hour per cleaner. We always provide an initial time and cost estimate. However, if the actual cleaning time exceeds the estimated duration, additional time will be charged at $55-60/hour per cleaner, on top of the original quoted amount. Cancellation & Payment Policy: • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a $30–$60 fee, depending on rescheduling, travel time, and other factors. • Payment is due on the same day the service is completed. • If payment is not received within 24 hours, a late fee of $35–$60 per day will be added until payment is made in full

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  When working with a new customer, we start with a consultation to understand their specific needs and preferences. Next, we provide a detailed estimate and discuss any questions they may have. Once everything is agreed upon, we schedule the service at a convenient time and ensure clear communication throughout the process. Our goal is to make the experience seamless and satisfactory from start to finish.
