I am writing this review for work we hired Northwest Elite Exteriors to do -- nearly three years ago, already. James Hunter gave us a very reasonable estimate to convert the landscape along the east side our condominium from high-maintenance bush and small shrubbery landscaping to a no-maintenance hardscape -- specifically, a bed of crushed gravel inside a landscape block retaining wall. The hard-working laborers he sent to do the work had removed all the plantings and began leveling the soil by the end of the first day. Then the focus changed to installing the block retaining wall, which proceeded for the next several days. Afterwards, they lay down a weed barrier and covered everything with several inches of crushed gravel. This may sound like a strange way to improve our building's landscaping, but it turned out to be a huge time- and money-saving project for us. James called to check on the progress, and came by afterward to inspect the work done by those gentlemen assigned to that task. The end result of the professional job done by Northwest Elite Exteriors is that we couldn't be more pleased with their diligent work ethic, professional skill level and affordability.

We had our back patio removed and completely redone. James and the team did an excellent job. They are punctual, answer the phone, and are friendly. They did an excellent job and we could not be happier. When we have a future project we will certainly be using them.

Working with James was a pleasure. He would make it a point to visit me everyday and coordinate his visits with my meeting schedule.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fully transparent pricing, bulk discounts, senior discounts, military and first responder discounts.
3% credit card fee. ( We don't like it either)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple.
1. We will connect, I will learn about your goals, dreams and ideas for your project.
2. I will come spend some time on the project with you. We will review the property and make sure we are optimizing its use and featuring any unique features. Every property has one!
3. We will pick out materials and finishes together and set a start date.
4. You will watch the magic happen and I will be there with you though out.
5. You enjoy your new space and reminisce on how easy that was and how awesome we are!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in construction since the age of 14. Most people work during collage, I had the pleasure of working through high school and collage. This might sound sarcastic but I truly love the head start I got in life.
Before starting this business I was a licensed master plumber doing defect litigation work on high rises internationally. This might sound boring but it was absolutely amazing. The things I have built, the places I have been, and the cultures I have experienced are the memories I hold close to my heart.
