Juan and Gabe arrived exactly when they said they would. They did a great job moving our appliances (including a VERY heavy refrigerator) from our kitchen to our downstairs garage. They were mindful of not damaging anything. I also appreciated there was no mininum charge. Everyone else I spoke with had a two hour minimum. However, this job only took about an hour. I would definitely use West Pro again for other moving needs. It's good to have a trusted resource since my husband and I are older and can no longer heft around the heavy stuff like we once did!
