Introduction
I currently offer Day-of Coordination services and focus on smaller events for the "Do-It-Yourself" budget-conscious bride, groom or host/hostess. My service includes the following:
1. 1 hour face-to-face initial meeting
2. Ongoing and unlimited email communication
3. Evening and weekend phone calls or Skype
4. Preparation of wedding itinerary
5. Assistance with selecting vendors and confirmation of all vendors on the event day.
6. Assistance with venue decoration
7. Invitation/Favor assembly
8. Walk-through of ceremony and reception site 2 weeks prior to event.
9. Disbursement of payment and gratuities for vendors
10. After event clean-up.
