ProTek Decking helped me restore some old concrete steps up to my home in Queen Anne. One step had completely come off, and there was cracks and water damage on the rest (see Before photos). Adan presented different options on the finish, and listened to what I wanted— I liked the historical details — so he preserved inlaid brick squares on the front porch and the arched toe kicks on each step. Water issues are big in Seattle, so he also recommended the best finishes and slopes to move water away from the house. The final fit and finish was also very good— he touched up all of the front porch paint so that it looks like new! Thanks so much!! Very happy with how it turned out!!

From the moment he assessed the pictures I sent, through his first visit and gradual progress over the course of the week, Adan balanced a practical, consultative approach with no-nonsense, specific advice to keep me from overthinking things. We recently had two garden sheds installed and needed the cement patio to be extended to cover the area between the two sheds. Adan came and looked at what we wanted to do and gave us some good suggestions. He was reasonable and was also right on it. Since it was a small job he worked it in by coming by after he was done working on larger jobs. That was so great and we were surprised that anyone would do that. We absolutely love the finished project. We would not only recommend him but would use him again. He is a very nice and friendly person and was great to work with. He kept us up on what he did every day with text photos. My husband is retired but I work nights and liked that he sent the texts, so I knew what was going on all the time. He is a great communicator. He also covered the sheds and fence with plastic so when the cement was poured none splashed onto them. He just goes the extra step. Now all we need to do is get the turf in and our lounges between the sheds for summertime. Also wanted to add the there was old patio that had damage that he removed and replaced plus huge roots that needed to be removed before he could dig out for the forms. Was maybe a small job but had a lot of issues that he delt with easily.

Adan did an excellent job on the concrete steps and walls going into our house. From start to finish he was professional, efficient and polite. He was quick to respond and gave us a a detailed scope of work and time-line. He was very patient answering my questions and concerns. It turned out exactly as he said and in the time he said. Adan sent pictures and videos each day keeping us informed of the progress. Also the steps are the only entry into the house and he worked to accommodate the needs and schedules of everyone there. The finished steps look great and enhance the look of the house and property. Adan's work is top notch and he went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the work.
