By way of introduction, my name is Arpana Gurjar. I am a certified Yoga instructor based in the Greater Seattle area.
My classes are very technique and alignment based which helps students to master in their poses with complete understanding of the body anatomy and also working smartly towards it. I teach yoga involving mental focus, building physical strength, ability to move with intention, relieving pain, stretch and restore your body inside-out. Classes are designed to support all levels.

Arpana is highly skilled, and a welcoming yoga instructor. As a beginner in yoga, I was unsure how I would progress. Arpana’s approach to practicing yoga, using props and modifications when needed helped me make tremendous progress in the last 6 months. She always explains the anatomy behind difficult poses and how it benefits mobility and overall health. I am more than pleased that I have found Arpana as an instructor.
