Marina and her helper did a nice job cleaning. At the initial interview. she gave an hourly quote and we were led to believe that Marina worked alone. On the day of the cleaning, she showed up with a 2nd person. and they cleaned as a team. After the job was done, she told us how much, and we wrote her a check. After talking to her "helper", she returned and asked for a 2nd check, that the first one did not cover her helper. We feel deceived by Marina - she quoted one price per hour, and we ended up writing two checks and paying double of what she originally led us to believe.
