About this pro
I am truly happy that we hired John to remodel our duplex! He does such quality work, and really listened to what we wanted, all at a great value. He does about every phase of the remodel, and had great ideas when we were stumped on what to do. John is the best communicator, which is hard to find in the construction world. We were so happy with all phases of his work, and he really lives up to his name, All in One Contractor Services. We will be hiring him for our next project very soon. Thank you John!Mar 24, 2018VerifiedJohn M.'s reply
Thank you very much Dan andLorraine. It was my pleasure not only to meet both of you but also work together in completing the first phase of your duplex. I look forward to the next phase of the remodel and serving all your construction needs.
Timely and punctuality, excellent quality and service, would hire againJan 30, 2018Verified
John is the most amazing and professional contractor I've met. (Having family in the business in other areas, that's saying something). He shows up on time every day and busts his hump all day long. He has great attention to detail and does the job right! He listens to input and makes sure you get what you want while making sure it is safe and sound. He knows the building codes and regulations and everything he does passes the strictest of inpections (even by dad). He is "our contractor" now, but we'll share if we must.Aug 29, 2015Verified
John repaired plaster, textured, and painted walls two rooms for me. He did a great, high-quality job at a reasonable price. Coordination was easy and he got it done without me having to take much time out of my schedule.Jun 20, 2015Verified
John repaired some minor damage on the fascia boards and gutters on my rental property. He was prompt, efficient and affordable. I'll definitely be hiring him again for future repairs.Feb 16, 2015Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Handyman rate is $100 for the first hour and $50 a hour after. Estimates are based off of labor and materials needed to complete the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? For construction or remodeling, I set up a free estimate consultation where we would discuss the project. I would then provide a accurate detailed estimate based on the scope of work and materials requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 20 years of experience in construction, remodeling, handyman and maintenance services. As a licensed, bonded and insured general contractor, I also continue my education through the Oregon Construction Contractors Board classes.
