- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always competitive. I sometimes offer discounts. Assessment fee is only $35.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will be given a copy of the estimate and a number for tracking purposes. Starting a new job is very fast and straight forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been trained in digital forensics and advanced data recovery at a college in Edmonds, WA. I'm a certified Digital Forensics Examiner (DFE).
