About ten years ago, we entrusted Chip and his team with renovating our bathroom, installing new wooden floors, adding crown molding, and updating the ceiling lights in our home. More recently, in 2024, they completed a renovation of our basement and built a beautiful sunroom with a surrounding deck. We are truly grateful for their exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism throughout each project. One of our favorite features is the sunroom, which brings in an abundance of natural light and has quickly become our family's favorite spot for relaxing together. The deck has also provided a wonderful space for us to enjoy evenings outdoors. These improvements have significantly enhanced our daily lives. We are extremely happy with both the quality and the cost of the work completed. We would highly recommend Chip's services to anyone considering a home renovation. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we're not the cheapest company around, we're definitely not the most expensive either. We offer competitive quotes that often include bonus items or discounts. Currently there's a 5% off discount if you can spot the hidden doors in one of our featured projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We establish contact with the customer and set-up a site inspection/visit for a free estimate. After we gather all the relevant info regarding the project we prepare an estimate that we present to the customer for approval. Once the customer agrees with our estimate and scope of work we sign a contract and setup the starting date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the world of construction there's nothing that beats actual work experience and while any formal education could be helpful, the best training one can get is on the job kind of training. Add to that some classes from University of YouTube and the College of Life and you'll know we can handle just about anything. Pictures above speak louder about our expertise.
