Marc is amazing! His utter professionalism shone on the phone and throughout our visit. He detected the hidden source of my kitchen sink leak; searched online for the best value for a new faucet of my preferred style; noticed 3 plastic grey quest pipe shut-off valves that needed to be replaced with brass units due to their high failure rate (hot water erosion, cracks & leaks); and explained very clearly the reasons for every step in the process. His thorough knowledge of plumbing and the best options for repairs were impressive & reassuring. His estimate was reasonable. I was absolutely sold on him; however, my cousin, hearing of my predicament, volunteered to help me out, thus ending my very pleasant association with Marc!

The DNA team was highly accommodating with a same day call and next day appt with ontime arrival and text. The team was hired to replace a faulty pipe screw fittings to water heater that was originally installed by the home builder and he priduct fittings became corrided. The DNA team completed the job in less than an hour and met my budget. Thank you very much !!!
