Mauro A. (Technician) from Sound Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning did an excellent job inspecting and cleaning my fireplace, installing new remote control for fireplace, inspecting and cleaning my A/C unit for leaks, inspecting and cleaning my furnace and he also upgrade and installed new thermostat (Vision Pro 8000). Mauro A (technician) is very honest, on time and not pushy. Excellent technician. Fast installer. Very professional, clean, articulate and respectful. He explained everything that needs to be upgrade a or replace. I trust him and his company. This company cares about Veterans. I look forward to seeing Mauro again this year to inspect my A/C unit, furnace and fireplace. Lastly, I'm giving 6 stars for this company for rapid response and scheduling. The Supervisor or dispatcher on the phone was very articulate, professional and nice. He explained everything. He called me numerous times for updates. Thank you!

Great Service Mauro and Sound Comfort!!! Our house is very close to Cottonwood trees. The AC outside unit, collects a lot of the cotton and blocks the condenser coils. Also, the unit being a few years old, the coils had accumulated a lot of dirt. After receiving quotes to clean the outside unit in the higher hundreds, sound comfort provided a reasonable quote to clean our outside unit. A very satisfied customer.
