Jay helped me on thermostats replacement, but he didn't install the new thermostats correctly. The new ones he installed are not able to turn on the heater circulation. Jay refused to respond my message and disappeared completely. He also refused to give my any receipt or invoice after I paid him. Do not hire.

Sergiu provided excellent service for replacing 3 old thermostats. He was prompt and responsive, addressing my initial inquiry quickly and answering all my questions regarding the right replacement models, including the differences between 2-wire and 4-wire options. He arranged a visit a few days out from my initial inquiry and arrived on time. During the appointment, he installed the new thermostats, tested them (ensuring they and the baseboard heaters themselves were working okay), and provided instructions on their operation. He also left behind manuals. Communication was very good throughout. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the thermostat replacement and highly recommend his services!

Brandon was so knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I had an appointment for today, but he called and asked if he could come by yesterday instead, since he was in the area. It worked out perfectly with my schedule, and he showed up 30 minutes later. He was able to successfully install my thermostat and even helped me set it up. I had asked him a question about my fireplace and he was willing to assist me with getting it up and running again. Needless to say, I will definitely be using Pro Temp again. 5/5!
