Lexie D. says, "I had requested the stairs and two landings of my newly purchased townhouse to be cleaned as there were doors in the carpet, the rest of the home is hardwood. They were prompt in responding to me, gave me a suitable quote, and a targeted time of when they could arrive. They called ahead to let me know when they'd arrive on the day of. They checked the area to clean and then go to it. The job didn't take long, as expected and they were mindful of when I had a hard stop on work. Overall they did a fine job, but a couple items following inspection after the carpet dried. The smell, although is better, is still there throughout the stairs, we found remnants of the previous owner that we assumed the cleaners would have got. We will need a second treatment based, which I won't blame on the cleaners as it's possible there is underlying smells they weren't able to address with the product they use."See more
