He took pictures, explained the cause of the leak, and provided a detailed report along with pricing to fix it. Marcos and his team showed up as promised on the day of repair and got things done. Once again, he shared a report with pictures explaining what was fixed. He also provided recommendations for the long-term durability of the roof.
