Marcos, with PCS Roofing is fantastic. I thoroughly recommend him. My roof had a hole in it due to a limb strike but I didn't know it was damaged until water came in through the ceiling. on the day Marcos arrived to do the estimate, he patched the hole, stopping the water coming in. he then assessed the roof and let me know that the roof had another good five years in it but was missing flashing at the roof edge, which guides water into the gutters. he gave me a reasonable quote for the work and at a later date, efficiently installed the flashing. I'm very happy with the work he did and am glad I hired him.

Marcos and his brother double-checked everything for quality. On top of the repair, they recommended and fixed vent updates, mold concerns, and pipe connections to extend the roof’s life — all in the same visit.
