I contacted several contractors to diagnose problems with my roof, propose solutions and give a quote. The contractors did not all agree on the diagnoses and solutions, but two did agree. One a pretty big company in the greater Seattle area gave a huge price estimate and said that price was a best-case scenario (a minimum cost) and would go up based on additional materials, namely over $100 for each sheet of plywood decking that was needed, something the company could not determine until they started the job.But TQHS gave a price that was only 2/3rd the price from the competitors bid and TQHS said its price was a worst-case-scenario price that would only go down if less material was needed than initially anticipated.Then, the TQHS team did a great job of working between rainy days in January to do the work, even working in the darkness to get the job done.In the end, TQHS was superior in diagnosing the problems, offering solutions, locking in a competitive price and carrying out the work.
