Jacob and Cody are wonderful to work with, highly informative and supportive and friendly, and it feels like you're having a really good friend work on your home.I moved to Stanwood in August of 2024. Recently (Spring of '26) I realized that the roof of our big 1996 metal shop building should have had the roofing screws replaced 10 years ago, and the huge metal roof might have to be entirely replaced now! Jacob found a better solution, so now we have a few years before the expensive re-roofing.I accepted his bid for re-screwing the roof. However, it turned out that many of the screws of my old roof had been put in crooked, and were weirdly sized, and hard to replace safely. Jacob came up with a clever and safe solution of putting caps on all the screws on my roof, with an excellent caulking, for the same price as the original bid, and they got it done quickly. Now we have many more years before we need to replace it. It looks great!I'm glad I went with Top Quality for this project.
