We engaged with R & L via Tasha, and she is great. Very efficient. She visited our location, captured all the details, and got back to me super fast with very detailed options. We worked together to make the selections over email and then Randy was scheduled to come out to do the final measurements. He came, and it was just a trainwreck. He was confused and incoherent, and refused to communicate. He literally turned and ran away! So all that time I spent working with Tasha: WASTED. Hello Eva, We are very sorry about not being able to do this job for you. Randy has 35+ years of experience but has never had to cut a larger opening and install Windows and doors in a custom log home before. Once he saw your home he did not feel comfortable taking on your project because his expertise was not in this area and we did not want you to have a bad experience with the install if something were to go wrong . Sorry for the confusion and time wasted I hope you can hire someone that has more experience with your type of home . Tasha and Randy
Randy and his crew did a nice job with our bay window replacement. They were easy to communicate and work with. We had a delay after a piece was not measured correctly, but that would not deter us from hiring Randy again.Nov 30, 2015VerifiedRandy and Tasha L.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We are very competitive. We will price match to a comparable competitors quote. Also have a military discount and a $500 off of $2500 or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Chat on phone about the specs of the project. Schedule appointment to get measurements and discuss details and the products we have. Email over the quote and then the rest is up to you. If you place , contract needs to be signed and a deposit collected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Been installing windows for 40+ years.
