Carlos was promptly with his replies, and let me know ahead of time when he was on his way. Once we looked at the project, he clearly explained to me what he was gonna do and made sure I understood some possible risks due to the parts used in my installation before he started so I can decide whether I wanted to proceed or not. Afterwards it turned out it was a problem with the sink itself, so he helped me find the specific part on his own time in case I wanted to get it, but didn't try to upsell me anything. Overall he was very professional and I'm glad I contacted him
