We recently hired Luis and his team to remove our asbestos-containing popcorn ceiling and refinish the surface, and we are very happy with the results. The quality of their work is excellent — the ceilings are now perfectly smooth and have completely transformed the space. From start to finish, the team followed a very professional and fully compliant process, including securing the required permit, thorough preparation, meticulous cleanup, and air-quality testing. Communication was excellent throughout the project as well. They answered all of our questions, addressed our concerns promptly, and kept us updated on the schedule and progress. Amazing experience with Residential Asbesto Removal And Demolitions LLC. They were quick, very efficient, and affordable. The workers assessed my space on a Friday and were able to begin work promptly that Sunday. They communicated throughout the process and helped problem solve some odd complications that arouse from my old old building (constructed in the 1920s). I would absolutely use this company again and cannot recommend them enough! This project felt like a huge burden and Residential Asbesto Removal And Demolitions LLC was an amazing help!
