- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Federal Way Carpet Cleaning is a Clean Trust Certified firm which requires all employees to hold certification in each skill they perform (ie carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, hard surface cleaning, etc). Certified firms strive to provide quality, honesty and integrity. Each employee is required to update their certification annually and every two years, achieve a minimum of 2 credit hours toward continuing education in our industry.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We offer residential and commercial carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and tile/grout cleaning. All chemicals and labor is included in our cleaning quote, which allows us to quote fairly accurately. Furniture moving is offered at a minimal additional cost as well as odor correction caused by pet accidents.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking to hire a professional carpet cleaner and you don't already know who to call, ask your friends, family, or co-workers if they can recommend a trustworthy company. Chances are they have had a good experience with someone they can refer.
