What started out as a simple deck replacement quickly turned into a much bigger project than I originally planned. As we dug into it, we found more issues than expected, and before long I had invested a lot more money than I ever anticipated. At that point, I figured if I was already spending the money, I might as well make it something I could truly enjoy for years to come.
That's when I called Salmon Bay Electrical to see what options I had for adding some lighting to the new deck. I wanted something clean, elegant, and not overly expensive. They came up with a great solution by installing under-railing lighting along with a weatherproof receptacle tucked underneath the deck. Even better, they ran all the wiring in a way that makes it completely disappear. You honestly can't see a single wire, even if you're actively looking for it.
The finished result exceeded my expectations. The lighting creates an incredible ambiance in the evenings and completely transforms the space. What was once just a deck is now one of my favorite places to relax and spend time with family and friends. Every time I step outside at night, I'm amazed at how much of a difference it makes.
Salmon Bay Electrical delivered a professional, affordable solution that looks high-end and performs flawlessly. Looking back, adding the lighting was one of the best decisions I made during the entire project.
