If I could have, I would have clicked all five tags for Yuri. He is so easy to work with and does a great, professional job. I thought it would be an easy job to replace a post, but I found a lot of hidden water damage, which is why the post had to be replaced. He got the job done quickly and replaced some less-than-great work with something that will last a long time and is watertight. If you need simple or difficult work done, call Yuri; you will not regret it.

Yuri commicated his availability promptly and kept in touch as the service date approached. He diagnosed the options for securing a replacement tile that needed to be shoehorned between the tub and the adjacent shower frame. He executed on the plan. Recommended a type of grout (which I went to Depot to match the grout color) to reseal several harline gaps in the tiles of the adjacent shower stall and resealed the joint where the tiling meets the shower pan with silicone caulk. The job was done in 2 hours. I am satisfied with the job done.

Yurii responded to my post requesting help with a plaster wall repair in minutes, asked good follow up questions, suggested a fix and provided a quote that was cheaper than the next bidder. He was able to show up the next day, and did excellent work with great communication with me and my tenants. 5 stars for Yurii.
