Otto and his excellent crew refinished 1600sf of oak floors using the best methods and products. The work involved replacing missing oak planks, prepping stair treads and risers, staining, and more.

Otto was quick to communicate and get a complete bid in my hands. Price was fair. Crew was hard working and always punctual. Excellent results. Thank you!

I am a General Contractor and hired this company to refinish the floor for a big project we were doing
We scheduled an appointment and Otto was on time,very respectful guy and very knowledgeable
He got the time to talk with us all the scope of work and gave us very good suggestions
He was very flexible with the schedule and that helped us a lot to organise the project
I definitely will hire only those guys for any flooring refinishing in the future

I was not expecting the level of quality, value, and service that I received for the quote to refinish my bamboo floors. They are absolutely beautiful and look like brand new floors again! The crew was very professional, thorough, meticulous, and really paid attention to all of the details to produce a magnificent finished product! Jose and his crew were a delight to work with. I felt strongly about being able to do a water based poly because it lacks the fumes of oil based finishes, and from interviewing a bunch of folks we found that not many were willing to do it. I understand that it can be tricky to work with and so most people we talked to pushed us towards their medium of choice. Jose recommended that we seal the floor with oil and then do three coats of water poly.

The project was smooth from start to end. We left the keys and headed out of town on vacation (always a little nerve racking). They started Friday, worked through the weekend, and were done by Monday.

When we returned the floors were impeccable. They did an incredible job refinishing and multiple people have commented that our floors look new.

I enthusiastically endorse this company.
