Felipe found more potential problems during his inspection than the official inspection for the sale of my house. I was able to fix the biggest issues before putting the house up for sale. Because of the things he found, we were able to give our neighbors who had the same floor plans a heads up on the potential problems they were going to face if they didn’t fix them especially since they weren’t planning to sell.
