Berry Clean Cleaning

My name is Leontai Berry and I believe in pay equity and second chances. I come from a background of no family and hardship. Throughout these last years I’ve been working with youth and young adults who are either victims of gun violence or are experiencing homelessness. I’ve decided to start my own business while continuing to do my work in the community helping folks who experience poverty as well as have meeting with the city councils with different organizations to try to raise funding in urban areas that could be used towards education and safe after school activities. My plan eventually is to be able to hire young adults to work with me put them through the property training and provide them with a job that is going to pay them very very well to where they won’t have to struggle anymore. As of now, I have a hard working cleaning crew who are very good with time management and thoroughness in their work on top of being flexible if need be. My cleaning crew has 6 members total so far but I’m looking to expand very soon. We exceed our duties and tackle any tough task that comes our way.
