Sydney did an amazing job at coordinating our wedding she was so very helpful and she managed to keep everything running smoothly even with some minor hick-ups. She was super friendly and always kept in contact to make sure everything was good and to make sure there was nothing we needed. Wonderful job!

When we originally started wedding planning we thought we could do it without a coordinator.. as it got closer we realized we were way in over our heads and we found Sydney! During our first meeting she brought up SO many things we hadn’t even thought about. There’s no way our wedding would have gone smoothly without her. Not only did we get her personal expertise and advise, but the aisle planner website she provides is top notch and makes it so easy to keep all of your things in one place. We got so many compliments from our guests about Sydney. Her professionalism and execution helped make our day perfect and I can only imagine what a mess it would have been without her help and we could never thank her enough!

Where do I even begin. Sydney helped us put together the best day of our lives. Spencer and I didn’t have the slightest idea of how to plan a wedding. Sydney to the rescue! I hired Sunflower entertainment for a day of coordinator and it was the BEST decision I made for my wedding! Sydney and her team were so professional, helpful, and responsive. Sydney has an online tool to help with the coordination and it was AMAZINGLY helpful for me to get things together and organized for our wedding. I highly recommend this team. Liz Rich was my coordinator for the day and she was just INCREDIBLE!! She made me feel at ease with all the details and she also made it really easy for me to just enjoy the wedding. She was on it at every single moment of the wedding from getting the vendors on point to making sure I was enjoying every moment by taking care of things I would normally do. I just loved the whole experience. Thank you Sydney and Liz!!!

    Pricing depends on the length of even, vendors managed and the distance traveled if over 50 miles from our location.

    I want to know all the little details! We normally will set up a phone conversation to go over exactly what you're looking for and we go from there.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a BS in Organizational Science from the University of Idaho and have been planning events since 2010.
