- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every case is unique so we need to know what is required before a price can be set.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We require a refundable retainer fee based on the work that will be performed, the more work involved the higher the retainer. Once a retainer is established and agreed upon we get to work on your case updating you daily of our work progress. We always refund the unused portion of all retainers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
University of Washington Private Investigations and the Law program 1 Year internship with Pierce County Public Defenders office. 10 years as a Security professional including Armed and Executive protection.
